Editorial Positions

About the Position

The Daily Clog is the flagship blog of The Daily Californian, and it’s always looking for new Cloggers.

At the Clog, writers have the opportunity to express themselves and craft original articles. Bloggers may also write specifically for our food blog, Eating Berkeley, which curates recipes, reviews and news on local businesses. The Clog also publishes a Travel Blog, chronicling adventures and personal reflections on worldly destinations. Whether writers are providing insight into the day’s politics, entertaining students with a list of haunted spots on campus or working on long-term projects investigating the start-up culture around UC Berkeley, Cloggers will gain valuable skills in a new media platform and learn a writing style that will appeal to an online college readership.
